Subtitle Translation Wizard is a program that will allow you to translate subtitles.
Sometimes there are no subtitles available in the language you need. But you can obtain them in another language. This program will allow you to automatically translate the subtitles from a language to another one, keeping the timing settings untouched. Of course, every automatic translation produces results that are very far from perfection. But, as you can edit the translated lines, you will be able to introduce the necessary corrections (you will need, still, to be proficient in both languages). Finally, you will be able to generate a new subtitle file for your movie. You can even mix the original and translated subtitles in a single file.
You can add words to the Translation Dictionary. You can also modify the delay for each line, as well as the exact moment in which it will be shown. You can save the result to the .SRT or .SUB file formats. The program includes a tab that lets you submit searches to Google. The demo version of this program will translate the subtitles partially. |
